These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VisionFlow public website at visionflowltd.com and related marketing materials. Use of VisionFlow software platforms is subject to separate license or subscription agreements with your organization.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use VisionFlow products on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to applicable product agreements.

2. Our services

VisionFlow offers security technology and services, including:

• Visitor Management (VMS) — digital visitor registration, host assignment, badges, and arrival records across properties;
• Security Management (SMS) — operational workflows for guards, incidents, patrols, and multi-property oversight;
• Professional services — implementation, training, and ongoing support as described in proposals or statements of work.

Product features, availability, and service levels are defined in your commercial agreement, not solely by marketing content on this website.

3. Website use and accounts

You may browse public areas of the site without an account. Certain features (such as contact or demo requests) require accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• Introduce malware, scrape the site excessively, or disrupt normal operation;
• Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute site content except as expressly permitted;

Non-public information shared during evaluations, pilots, or support engagements should be treated as confidential by both parties, except where disclosure is required by law or already public without breach of duty.

8. Disclaimers

The website and marketing materials are provided for general information. Except where prohibited by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Operational outcomes depend on your configuration, processes, and environment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionFlow and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Our aggregate liability for website-related claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the minimum amount permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VisionFlow harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VisionFlow’s contracting entity in your agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from website use, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
